Creating this documentary is my attempt to not reincarnate as a slug.

Let me explain… :)

My kundalini yoga and meditation teacher once said:

“If you find something in your life that brings you joy and you keep it to yourself, you’ll come back as a slug.”

So, that’s what I do — document what brings me joy to share it with you!

My first documentary, Happy Healthy Child, shares eye-opening insights that can be the difference between a fear-fueled pregnancy and birth or a magical and ecstatic initiation into the heart of life.

And...

Like Birth,  adolesnence is another 

once-in-a-life-time opportunity to fully connect with and fall in love with life 

— Not a time to be bored, uninspired and kinda pissy!

Here’s what I suggest:

KAMRATH TRAVEL
RULE BOOK:

1. All belongings must fit in one piece of carry-on luggage

2. Perform docu duties (like social media, filming and editing)

3. Contribute to great causes — volunteering and/or raising money

4. A kind act for someone else every day

5. Do one thing that challenges you

6. Exercise and healthy eating are daily priorities

7. Practice 20 minutes of meditation every morning

8. Read a minimum of 30 pages of an inspiring book daily

9. Write in a journal for 30 minutes

10. Have fun (dance, laugh, play...)
